Kevin is the original founder of Latitude Outdoors and was inspired to start the company after his experiences hunting the nasty swamps in northern Michigan. Tree stands were inefficient, so Kevin started testing the saddles currently on the market. He realized there was significant room for improvement and began designing The Method Saddle.
Kevin lives in Grand Rapids, MI, where he grew up and attended Catholic Central High School. Kevin then attended the The University of Michigan where he received his Mechanical Engineering degree and played linebacker for the Wolverines. He went on to the University of Notre Dame to complete his education in their Engineering and Entrepreneurship M.S. Program (ESTEEM).
