Ways to Return Online Orders
For all online orders, we offer a 30-day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy, effective upon receipt of your item. Tracking information will be used to determine the date with which the item was received for eligibility. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of excessive wear and tear or damage and must include any tags shipped with the item.
To initiate a return, please visit Latitude Returns & Exchanges Portal to use our interactive returns and exchange portal. You'll be able to generate a return form and a self-addressed shipping label to send the product back to us.
Ways to Exchange Online Orders
Please process any and all exchanges through the Latitude Returns & Exchanges Portal. You can easily exchange your original purchase with any item in the store. Once you've made your choice, the portal will provide a label to send the product back to us for exchange on regularly priced products. Exchanges are based upon product availability and portal will allow you to exchange your items across different prices.
Return Policy for In Store Purchases
All in store purchases fall under the return policy designated by the retailer at which the item(s) were purchased. Please contact your local retailer for the process to initiate a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect or missing item. We will review the issue as soon as possible and make it right.

All apparel products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions // Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account and reaching out to your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
