Warranty Policy

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims must be submitted through the Returns & Exchanges Portal at www.latitudeoutdoors.com. The portal will generate all required return shipping label(s) and documentation to process the request on your behalf.

  • Upon receipt at the Latitude Outdoors warehouse, all requests will be processed in 1-3 business days.
  • Please allow for 3-7 business days after your request is processed to receive any required refunds.
  • Due to carrier integrations, all packages sent to Latitude Outdoors without processing the request through the Returns & Exchanges Portal will be returned to the sender; Latitude is unable to reroute these packages.

Latitude Outdoors LLC. offers a (1) year warranty to the original purchaser of our saddles which ensures that the saddle is free from all defects in manufacturing and materials. This warranty does not cover against normal wear and tear, nor does it cover against any incidental or purposeful damages due to improper use, negligence, or accidents. If the original purchaser discovers a defect within this (1) year period, he or she should return the saddle using the Returns & Exchanges Portal on our website www.latitudeoutdoors.com to receive a replacement free of charge. After the expiration of this (1) year warranty period all such liability to Latitude Outdoors LLC. shall be terminated.
