We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as D2C-B2B Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing and packing orders for our customers for the upcoming season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, have good attention to details and resonate with our Latitude Core Values, we’d love to hear from you! 

There are opportunities for work May - December subject to your availability. Candidates do not need to be available full time for all months.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Pick, pack, and ship D2C and B2B orders accurately and efficiently based on order requirements
• Verify order accuracy including items, quantities, and packaging before shipment
• Prepare shipments by labeling, staging, and coordinating outgoing orders for timely delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor including packing stations and inventory areas
• Monitor inventory and report issues such as low stock, damaged products, or order discrepancies

Qualifications: 

• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting. 
• Experience in fulfillment such as order picking and packing
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. 
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Availability to work flexible hours week to week.
