At Latitude Outdoors, we know when you order gear, you want it fast and you want it right. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it’s placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Latitude Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order ships, we cannot guarantee changes.
