We do not guarantee orders can be cancelled. We may be able to cancel orders that have not already been processed by our fulfillment team. 

For orders eligible for cancellation, the entire order must be cancelled. We are unable to process partial order cancellations. 

For orders that are not eligible for cancellation, you can return the order to us for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
