Step 1: You submit a return request.

Log in to your account, select the item(s) you'd like to return, and submit your return request for our team to review. 

Step 2: Latitude will generate a return shipping label(s) and return documentation. 

All packages sent to Latitude Outdoors without being approved and processed will be returned to the sender. Latitude is unable to reroute these packages on your behalf due to shipping carrier requirements. 

Step 3: You ship your product back to Latitude in its original packaging.  

You can track the status of your return and refund anytime by logging into your account and selecting the order that had item(s) returned. 

Step 4: Latitude will process your return within 3 business days. 

Processing begins after Latitude receives the product back to our warehouse.  

Step 5: Latitude will issue your site credit or refund within 7 business days.  

It may take additional time for the refund to formally post to your bank account or credit card statement. 

We offer a 30-day, satisfaction guaranteed return and exchanges policy for all online orders.  

To be eligible for a full refund, your item and its packaging must be in the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of excessive wear and tear or damage and must include any tags shipped with the item.

For exchanges, you will simply process a return for the product(s) you do not wish to keep via this returns process. You can then place a new order for the product(s) you would like to order now. 

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY 

All in store purchases fall under the return policy designated by the retailer at which the item(s) were purchased. Please contact your local retailer for the process to initiate a return with them. 

We cannot return certain apparel, final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
