We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Product Assembly Associates. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing several of our products for the upcoming season. There are opportunities for work April - October subject to your availability. Candidates do not need to be available full time for all months.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble and inspect products according to company standards, ensuring accuracy and quality in line with our values. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, fostering a spirit of teamwork and shared success. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, aligned with our commitment to precision. 
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and inventory management with attention to detail and adaptability. 
• Identify and report any product inconsistencies or equipment issues to supervisors, supporting continuous improvement. 

Qualifications: 

• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting. 
• Experience in product assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus (but not required—training will be provided!). 
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. 
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Availability to work flexible hours week to week.
