Role Overview
Latitude Outdoors is seeking a Sr. Paid Media Manager who will own the planning, execution, and optimization of Latitude Outdoors’ paid advertising efforts across digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, scaling campaigns efficiently, and translating performance data into actionable growth strategies.
You will work closely with creative, ecommerce, and brand teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, seasonal hunting cycles, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Connected TV, and emerging digital platforms
- Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize growth while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
- Manage full-funnel strategy including prospecting, retargeting, and customer reactivation campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth while maintaining brand integrity
- Develop and test audience strategies, creative angles, and funnel structures
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief ad concepts, messaging, and content needs
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust budgets and bidding strategies accordingly
- Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to leadership
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and offers
- Identify scaling opportunities and new acquisition channels
- Stay current with advertising platform updates, attribution changes, and industry trends
- Partner with the creative team to develop a structured creative testing roadmap to continuously improve ad performance.
- Collaborate with ecommerce and CRO teams to improve landing page performance and funnel conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing paid media for ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Proven track record of scaling profitable acquisition campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads ecosystems
- Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to balance performance marketing with brand storytelling
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Passion for the outdoors or hunting industry preferred but not required

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across paid channels
- New customer revenue growth from paid media
- Paid media contribution to total ecommerce revenue
- Creative testing velocity and performance improvements
- Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) / blended marketing performance
- Successful launch and scaling of new advertising channels
Location & Work Format
In most cases, this role can be effectively accomplished through remote work. Candidates with the ability to collaborate regularly onsite at our offices in Grand Rapids, MI will have preference depending on project scope.
